Who we work with
Redbrix works with companies that build and sell B2B software. The usual contact is a founder or CEO, sometimes a CTO, at a company without its own design team.
Most clients build software for manufacturing, operations, compliance or developers, and are based in the US, UK, DACH, Benelux and the Nordics.
Key facts
- Most clients are software vendors. Redbrix designs the software they sell.
- Projects start as a new product, a new module or a redesign of a working product, and often continue as ongoing design.
- Work often starts with an audit of what already exists.
- Redbrix adjusts to a convenient overlap of time zones with each client.
- Redbrix does not work on consumer products, games, gambling or crypto.

How work with Redbrix starts
Work starts with correspondence, then an introductory call and a meeting. On the first call, buyers usually ask about experience in their domain, the process, communication, how scope is formed, cost, timeline and who will do the work.
During the project, communication runs through scheduled meetings, demos, design sessions and strategy sessions, with a shared Slack channel for day-to-day questions. Engagement formats and starting prices are described in Design process.
Redbrix does not take on consumer apps and other B2C products, games, gambling or crypto projects. Its domain knowledge and process are built around business software used by teams at work.
